All prices are quoted in the local currency and may be subject to change based on parts, labour and diagnostic findings. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card and approved digital payment methods.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its history
• Remove personal belongings before leaving the vehicle
• Collect the vehicle within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy when collected

6. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty on parts is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection at our workshop.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care during service and repairs, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable law.

8. Breakdown Assistance

Roadside assistance is provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary depending on location, traffic and weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law
